Why your default matters
Most leaders have one style they fall back on when things get busy or tense. It is usually the style that got them promoted, and it is usually invisible to them.
Knowing which one it is does two things. It explains the friction you keep running into with certain people. And it makes it possible to choose a different approach on purpose, rather than reaching for the one that feels natural.
The scoring is simple: rate each statement from 1, not like you, to 5, very like you. There are no wrong answers, just honest ones.
What you get
The approach you fall back on, in plain language rather than jargon.
Emailed to you, with what your style does well and where it costs you.
The habits worth building, so your default is a choice and not a reflex.
