There are three ways to use RedSeed. Free covers you and up to two team members. Teams is priced per person: $40 per manager per month and $27 per team member per month, so one manager with six people is $202 a month. Enterprise is priced per person across twenty or more teams, starting at $18.20 per person per month and reducing as your numbers grow.
The currency of the country you are in. A team in New Zealand sees New Zealand dollars, a team in Australia sees Australian dollars, and so on. It isn't a straight conversion: each market has its own rate, set to reflect what it costs us to support you there.
You and up to two team members, access to all of our learning content, 1:1 agendas, prep and prompts, one month of rolling data and limited Archie AI use. Sign-up for the free plan is coming soon, so book a demo if you'd like a look in the meantime.
A manager runs 1:1s, has a capability baseline and works through their own development. A team member takes part in those conversations and works through the learning their manager sets. People who only view dashboards and reports, typically HR and senior leaders, are included at no extra cost.
