What we have shipped in RedSeed, newest first.

Sign in with a code. Choose to get a 6-digit code by email and enter it on the sign-in page. Each code works once, for 10 minutes, in the browser that asked for it.
Sign-in codes and sign-in links are now limited to 5 requests per email address every 10 minutes, to protect your account.
The manager a 180 Feedback cycle is about now gets an email when their report is ready.
On Home, the 180 Feedback card shows “In progress” and a Continue button once you’ve saved answers without submitting them.
“Recommended for you” on Home now uses the same course and article cards as the Learning Library, so you can enrol straight from Home.
“Upcoming meetings” on Home only appears if you can schedule a meeting or have one coming up.
Two new API reports for SCORM 1.2 courses: how each question was answered across a course, and every answer to one question without learner details. Both are in the public API docs.
Fixed: SCORM 1.2 courses now keep every attempt at a question, and relaunching a course keeps your earlier attempts.
Fixed: collapsible sections now open and close from the keyboard, and screen readers announce them.
Fixed: the sign-in code button keeps you on your organisation’s RedSeed site.

Paste a Vimeo link into accordion items, Slides steps and Choose one or Choose many prompts. The video plays in Vimeo’s own player, with captions, a transcript and keyboard controls.

The 180 Feedback report now shows the manager their results: their overall score beside their team’s, a breakdown across the four areas, and where the two views differ most. HR admins still see only that the results are in.
The 180 Feedback report adds “Where to focus next”, a short summary that AI writes from the manager’s scores. Only the manager sees it.
The meeting header shows three clear fields: When, With and Notetaker. Its actions move into one menu: copy the meeting link, connect your calendar, add, remove or retry the notetaker, stop repeating, and delete. If one of those actions fails, a message now tells you.
You can now change a meeting’s time from the keyboard.
Each section on Home has one “View all” link, with a count of what it opens.
With the Leadership Library, every course in the Library is now available to your organisation automatically, and can’t be removed by mistake.
1-to-1s that repeat every 4 weeks in your own calendar now show the right next meeting in RedSeed.
Browse the course picker on a role by category and pathway.
Fixed: the meeting menu no longer offers Delete to someone who isn’t allowed to delete that meeting.
Fixed: questions in a meeting template now appear in their set order, in the template and in every meeting made from it.

Alt text you write now appears everywhere that image is used, and the alt text settings say clearly when an image is marked as decorative.
Fixed: saving course options now confirms that the “Hide Close course” setting is saved.
Fixed: hiding “Close course” in an export now hides the Close course button at the end of the course too.

A new Role Compliance report under Reports, plus a role compliance section on a team member’s Info tab. Available with role required courses.
A new “external link” article type, so you can add a link to another website to your library as an article. It opens in a new tab.
A course in a pathway that your location doesn’t have access to now says “Not available at your location”, instead of looking like a course you haven’t reached yet.
Infographic articles now show the poster and the download side by side. Each download shows a thumbnail, its file type and its size.
After a 1-to-1, coaches get “Your coaching feedback”, split into What worked, What was missed and What to try next time.
Fixed: the role CSV export now includes the compliance columns on the page, and respects your search.
Fixed: rescheduling the first meeting in a repeating series no longer moves every later meeting in your calendar.
Fixed: team member cards on Teams show location, other teams and next meeting again.
Fixed: replacing a meeting recording no longer shows the old recording’s summary while the new one is processed.

Search the Learning Library from its home page, and filter by category. Search covers each course’s title, description and learning outcomes, so you can find a course without knowing its topic.
Learning Library cards can show how long a course takes, before anyone has completed it.
After a 1-to-1, the coach also gets private feedback on the conversation: what landed, what was thin, and 2 or 3 things to try next time.
On Teams, the tabs are back, your layout, grouping and filter are remembered, and people you haven’t met with in 30 days are marked on your own coaching list.
Fixed: you can now connect an Outlook calendar.
Fixed: a meeting or single occurrence cancelled in Outlook or Google Calendar is now cancelled in RedSeed too, along with its notetaker.
Fixed: the Learning Library now shows courses in the order your admin set. That order is the “Default” sort.
Fixed: people with more than one role now show every role on Teams and on their profile.
Fixed: a header with your organisation’s branding no longer also shows the RedSeed logo.
Fixed: the Availability column on the Pathway Availability Report now sorts.

Add, remove or retry the notetaker from the meeting screen.
Archie, the Leadership Assistant, is now in the header of every page, not just Home and meetings.
Tell Archie that something is broken, confusing or missing, and it passes your feedback to the RedSeed team, along with the page you were on.
Admins can turn on Self-Review and 180 Feedback for particular roles.
Team pages have a card view with a Cards and Table switch, member search and an Archive team action. The Teams page leads with cards, and Create team moves to the page header.
Fixed: a set of notetaker problems, including notetaker-recorded meetings not getting an AI summary, 2 notetakers joining one meeting, and a notetaker staying booked after a meeting moved.

If you connect an AI agent to RedSeed.build through MCP, it can now find and read courses, fill in list sections, and delete sections, pages and courses.
The builder now uses the Inter and Newsreader fonts. The fonts available in your courses haven’t changed.
