The Challenge
FSSI faced an extreme training problem of scale: from the number of staff to the various brands, promotions, and not to mention the diversity of the locations. These issues ultimately resulted in high training costs (both fiscal and timewise) with the added challenge of being able to deliver a consistent training experience to their team.
