We know it can be hard sometimes to keep your teams energised when it comes to training, so we’ve come up with five sure-fire ways to increase your energy score.
1. Know the score
There are two ways you can go about finding out your Energy Score. We send out a monthly average via email, which is a great place to start. To help you keep on top of things, we’ve also given you access to a daily Energy Score on your dashboard.
2. Update users
Archiving a user is a simple process. If you’re not sure how it’s done visit our support site to find out. If you don’t have permission to do this, you can contact your HR administrator.
3. Hold meetings
In your weekly meetings, devote a couple of minutes to training. You might find yourself doing the majority of the talking initially. But, the more you do it, the more you’ll find these discussions begin steer themselves! Throw the discussion to your team by using open questions. Do you know of anyone struggling with a particular module? Do your team members have tips or suggestions that the rest of your team might benefit from?
4. Manage enrolments
Do yourselves, and your teams, a favour and take some time to consider what is a manageable training workload and then set that parameter for any future training plans. Avoid enrolling your team in seven courses if they’ve only got the capacity to do three at any one time. 5. Incentivise training
Creating an air of healthy competition encourages your team to complete training. It is definitely something that you can use to your advantage to gain traction and increase training engagement in your store. This means they’ll be more likely to actively complete training, building up your Energy Score.
