Our employee wellbeing suite gives your team the tools and knowledge they need to manage their own wellbeing, and support those around them.
Good health and wellbeing is a core enabler of a high performing organisation. A wellbeing programme can reduce health care costs, improve productivity and increase employee retention and job satisfaction.
This programme covers protecting yourself and others, looking after your mental wellbeing, communicating with masks on and managing resistance from customers and staff.
Looking after our mental wellbeing is something we all need to focus on. It allows us to cope with the stress and anxiety which is part of everyday life and to make the most of opportunities that come our way.
This programme introduces your teams to the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. It challenges them to consider their biases and think about, and demonstrate equity and empathy.
Building personal resilience is a short course to introduce resilience and provide some useful advice around developing your own resilience which will help you when times are challenging.
Resilience is defined as your ability to adapt to the challenges in life – challenges that everyone faces at one point or another. Losing your job, the death of someone you care about, a world pandemic, the end of a relationship, physical illnesses, trauma; all hardships or stressors that can’t be avoided.
While these life events can be gut-wrenching and difficult, they don’t have to determine the outcome of your life. Rather than reacting negatively to things outside your control, it’s about understanding that you can decide to control, change, and grow many parts of your life as part of dealing with these challenges. That’s the role of resilience.
The more resilient you are, the better you can “bounce back” after dealing with what life throws at you. This doesn’t mean that you won’t get upset and experience stress. However, you will be more equipped to work through these challenging times when you’ve developed resilience.
With our suite of wellbeing and employee-centered courses, you can support your entire workforce.
Our production team can easily customise your wellbeing programmes to improve uptake and training engagement of your team.
Your team will be able to communicate more effectively with each other... and with your customers!
This course will help you understand and explain what diversity and inclusion are and how they contribute to a feeling of belonging when they are part of workplace culture.
A diverse workplace, where everyone is treated as individuals and feels like they belong, encourages people to be genuine and share their different perspectives.
When people feel included, accepted and valued, then they’ll feel comfortable and confident to be fully involved at work.
All of this leads to a stable team of happy people, which in turn creates a positive team culture, increased productivity, creativity, and innovation.
This course is designed to get you thinking about the biases that you may have and consider how these may impact or affect others in your workplace and your life.
Biases are influenced by a person’s background, cultural environment and personal experiences and shape beliefs, actions and behaviours every . . . single . . . day. When biases are removed from the workplace, prejudices, stereotyping and discrimination will no longer feature. Everyone will have the same opportunities, regardless of their gender, race, age or background. Diversity and inclusion become part of your workplace culture and are a way of being, rather than something to aspire to.
This course will help you understand the difference between equality and equity and recognise the importance of demonstrating both in your workplace.
The goal of equity is to help achieve fairness in treatment and outcomes. When this happens equality is achieved. When you work in an organisation that embraces this ethos then everyone is treated and valued as an individual. People are supported to develop their skills so that they can do their job to the best of their ability. Onboarding, communication methods and ongoing support, among other things, are adapted to suit their needs. Barriers that can make it difficult for individuals to progress are removed and people feel truly listened to. This leads to a workforce that is more engaged, committed and productive in their work.
This course focuses on empathy and why it’s important to be able to demonstrate this in your workplace.
Being empathetic is not about giving your opinion or telling people what they should do. Instead, it’s about recognising and acknowledging the feelings of others. When you understand the three main types of empathy and identity the things you can do to improve or develop this essential skill then you can contribute to a supportive environment that values individuals.
